• Items must be unused and in their original, undamaged condition.

• All original packaging must be included.

• For returns or exchanges based on customer preference or error, shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.

• For items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect (our error), Elegous we will take full responsibility – see Section 5.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned more than 7 days after receipt.

• Returns based on personal preference (e.g., dislike of color or style)

• Items returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

• Products with a “new item” scent – this is normal and is not considered a defect. If you notice a new-item scent, please don’t worry. Reach out to us and we’ll be glad to walk you through how to handle it.
